This is something I wanted to do so you can talk to the significant man in your life, or at least just give them this checklist to work through in their own time. It’s important, us men are generally idiots when it comes to being proactive about our health, we’ll avoid going to the doctor unless we can see vast amounts of blood, or we can not get off the floor due to excruciating pain.
Here it is:
Dude - please answer these questions. If you want to, discuss them with your partner, wife, a friend, or your doctor.
Have you had your Blood Pressure checked in the last 2 years?
Have you had your Cholesterol level checked in the last 2 years?
Have you visited your doctor at all in the last year?
Have you had your Blood Sugar Levels checked in the last year?
Have you talked to your doctor, ever, about Prostate health?
Do you have at least 3 days per week where you drink zero alcohol?
Do you have someone to talk to when things are mentally tough for you?
Do you some form of exercise at least 4 days per week?
Are you under 100kg?
Is your waist under 90cm?
Have you had your skin checked recently?
Do you eat fruit and vegetables every day?
Have you checked your testicles for lumps?
Do you have a family history of cancer or heart disease?
